Introduction
To support the delivery of our Services, Tiger Pistol, Inc. (“Tiger Pistol”) engages third-party service providers as “subprocessors” to assist with data processing activities. These subprocessors may have access to certain personal data provided by Tiger Pistol’s clients.
This page provides transparency into the identity, location, and role of each subprocessor. Before engaging any third-party subprocessor, Tiger Pistol performs a security and privacy review to ensure they provide adequate protections for personal data in accordance with applicable laws, including the GDPR and the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Principles.

Onward Transfer Liability
In accordance with the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) Principles, Tiger Pistol remains liable for the processing of personal data it receives under the DPF and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Tiger Pistol maintains written agreements with each subprocessor requiring them to provide at least the same level of protection as required by the DPF Principles.
Updates and Notifications
As our business grows, we may add or replace subprocessors. Tiger Pistol will update this page with any changes. If you have a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) with Tiger Pistol, you may be entitled to receive proactive notification of new subprocessors.
